Siegfried Schreck 
Hamburg, Germany

Born in 1948 Siegfried Schreck came to Hamburg at the age of 20 and has been working in Hamburg’s harbor ever since.

Since 1980 he writes poems and lyrics and has published four books of poems.
Some were set to music as well as broadcasted on the radio and TV and also  published in literature magazines.

After a ten year recess he is back again!

Nowadays Schreck writes lyrics for a well known German rock singer who toured Germany together with The Beatles and The Rolling Stones back in the 1960’s. The creative artists also wrote lyrics for the Animals rock group, notorious for their House of the Rising Sun .  Furthermore today he writes lyrics for children for a music publisher.

Recently he added computer painting and the digital photography to his pursuits. 

He is married and lives in the outskirts of Hamburg.
