Talk about a huge honor. Sports Illustrated has reportedly named Punahou's athletics program the best in the nation. That's out of more than 38,000 high schools across the nation. SI's criteria focuses on "all-around excellence during the last 10 years and included state titles won and college athletes produced."

Punahou has won 16 team state championships in this school year alone and 12 of this year's seniors signed national letters of intent to play for NCAA Division I programs.
